Homework

Homework is assigned on a daily basis, including weekends, and is normally due the following day at the beginning of the class period. It may be collected, it may be graded in class, or it may be the subject of a quiz. It is a necessary part of the course since it cements the understanding of concepts covered in class. It will be worth less than 50% of the course grade.

Assignments are numbered as follows: A1 is the assignment for the first day of class, A2 is the assignment for the second day of class, and so on. The most recent homework assignments are always posted on the white board at the front of class for students who may have been absent for a day or two. Homework is normally due the day after returning from an absence.
